• If you are absolutely unsatisfied with your purchase you may EXCHANGE ONLY within 5 days of purchase date.

• You must have original receipt.

• Please email us or message us on Instagram to request an exchange. 

 NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.

• All items being exchanged must be in new with tags, unworn condition and must be free of any odors (perfume, smoke, pet smell etc.)

• Shipping turnaround time is 2-3 business days. 

• If you live in New orleans and surroundings areas, we offer FREE local pickup.

• Depending on circumstances we sometimes will consider local meet up delivery. A member of Fab Gals will come and meet a customer, at a agreed upon location,to delivery the package. (cash fee of 8.00 paid to cash app $FabGals)
